An overview of our core services
Production of hard ballistic panels or 3D molded components from UHMW-PE-UD laminates
We manufacture high-performance protective plates for use in the field of hard ballistics. The specific UHMW-PE material is selected either according to customer specifications or on the basis of application-specific requirements - for example in terms of weight, threat scenarios or environmental conditions.
Ballistic and blast-resistant protection
We offer customized protection solutions against bombardment and explosion effects. We have access to a tried-and-tested network of test centers and support our customers in the planning, implementation and evaluation of corresponding tests. On request, the trauma values (backface deformation tests) can be determined in accordance with the relevant standard and high-speed recordings can also be made. The conditioning of the test samples or even complete components can also be individually coordinated so that the ballistic test is carried out according to customer-specific climate change test cycles.
Simulation of highly dynamic scenarios
We use numerical simulation methods for the load and function-oriented design of protection systems. This allows ballistic impacts, fragment distributions and pressure waves to be precisely modelled during the development process - as a basis for optimized system design and to reduce the scope of real tests. This allows you to save costs during the design phase.

Ballistic protection
Our UHMW-PE panels offer excellent protection against bullets and splinters while being extremely lightweight. They are suitable for:

Depending on requirements, we supply flat panels, multilayer composite solutions made of ceramic-fiber composites or steel-fiber composites and, of course, 3D-shaped elements. Our solutions are tested in accordance with the usual VPAM, NIJ, TR, PAS and STANAG 4569 standards or customer-specific requirements.
Blast-resistant protection
Pressure waves, splinters and fragmentation effects require special material solutions. UHMW-PE offers excellent energy absorption and fragment binding.
We develop shatter protection panels and enclosures for:
- Protection against uncontrolled explosions (e.g. in industry or military applications)
- IED and UXO protection (improvised explosive devices / unexploded ordnance)
- Transport containers or protective packaging solutions
Building protection systems & safety cladding
